
Personal Handicap
The Club has adopted from the start of the Caldow Cup 2008 a Personal Handicap system based on a model provided by the RYA YR2 Calculation. It is intended to provide every competitor with a realistic chance of winning a series regardless of ability. The new handicap system is applicable to all club series apart from The Club Championships and Pursuit Series. The handicaps will be reviewed on a weekly basis and updated accordingly.The handicap given for the Sunday Race will apply for that weeks Wednesday evening Race.
